Markus y Stanley perfectos, la gestión de la actividad deja mucho que desear, a las 6,00 am, 20 minutos esperando y nadie te da una respuesta, ni Civitatis ni el proveedor, pero no llegues tu tarde porque no te reembolsan nada, no vuelvo a gestionar ninguna actividad con Civitatis

Markus and Stanley were perfect, but the activity management left much to be desired. At 6:00 am, I waited 20 minutes and no one gave me an answer, neither Civitatis nor the supplier. But don't arrive late because they won't refund you anything. I will never book any activity with Civitatis again.

Malheureusement le bus n'est jamais passé. Nous avions rendez-vous à 6h du matin à Estepona et présents dès 5h45. Nous avons attendu en vain. Nous avons contacté le numero indiqué sur la réservation pour en savoir plus. Explication donnée : l'excursion a été annulée. Nous n'avons pas été averti de cette annulation. De plus, nous avions appelé le vendredi pour confirmer notre présence, la personne nous a repondu ok rdv à 6h à Estepona donc pas annulé. Nous attendons notre remboursement.

Unfortunately, the bus never showed up. We had an appointment at 6 AM in Estepona and were there since 5:45. We waited in vain. We contacted the number indicated on the reservation to find out more. Explanation given: the excursion was canceled. We were not informed of this cancellation. Moreover, we had called on Friday to confirm our presence, and the person told us it was okay, appointment at 6 in Estepona, so it was not canceled. We are waiting for our refund.

The bus ride was very long, the English speaker was sometimes hard to understand. The walk itself was lovely with good information, but a bit rushed at times. Would have liked bathrooms on the bus.
